1) Clean and lovely, friendly staff

I stayed in room 500 and was overlooking the pool and beautiful Andalucian courtyards which was in the centre of the hotel and like an atrium. My view was beautiful and the staff could not have been more helpful. I had such a quiet room because so high and by myself up my own staircase. This hotel was very good value for money. When you see the hotel from the outside it doesn't look so nice but once inside it is beautiful. My room was basic but adequate with a tv etc. and the maids came every day to clean it and change towels. This hotel is set in a quiet area of Lloret de Mar but very close to the main shopping street.

I couldn't find fault with my stay.

Fabulous hotel, clean, perfect stuff, location in front of the seaside was perfect. The food was nice, especially coffee, tea, fresh bread, cheese, and meats for breakfast. I booked a room with a comfy bed, a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a study table...

The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic spots to enjoy some sun and unwind after a day exploring nearby attractions like Water World and the beautiful beach. We appreciated how close everything was. it only took us a short walk to reach local cafés and shops. The breakfast offered a good variety, which was a pleasant way to start our mornings. we did have a hiccup with our takeaway breakfast on the last day, which didn't go as planned.

Peaceful and unbeatable location, the hotel was fairly clean.

I had quiet 1-night stay here! The room was outstanding and most important - fairly quiet. The food for breakfast, especially slices of fresh bread, cereal, and cheese, was fab.

This hotel is located a little bit out from the tourist area and thanks to that there is a huge free public parking just in 30 meters in front where you can always find a place (normally parking is 15 eur per day in Lloret), this is extremely beneficial for travellers with a car. This is only 2 min walk to the main shopping streat and 10 min from the beach. The staff was extremely polite, especially a spanish lady speaking who spoke very pure and nice British English. Very nice design in the hotel, flowers everywhere, beautiful. We changed 5 hotels during our stay in LLoret, this one was the best!

The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to areas like the beach and nearby cafés. The rooftop pool and bar provide a pleasant spot to unwind, especially on days when the weather isn't ideal. The room I stayed in lacked thorough cleaning upon arrival, disappointing considering the price. The dated decor and noisy environment detracted from the overall experience.

The breakfast here had a great selection of food, and it was fantastic! 🥐.

Basic clean , staff were very friendly . good location for what we wanted .would stay there again if we went back to lloret ...

Probably the breakfast , not a great choice but im not really complaining it was edible ...
